Please include the number of guests in your email.
Download and print the Hire 'Booking Form' then complete, sign and return it by email to: vintagecelebrationteaparty@ yahoo.com or post it to us, as preferred.Any problems, we can post a copy to you.
Download and print the 'Terms and Conditions' of HireAgreement form; read, sign, date and return it by email to:
vintagecelebrationteaparty@ yahoo.com or post it to us, as preferred. Any problems, we can post a copy to you.
Pay, by bank transfer, a 50% booking deposit for your hire. This is payable at the time of booking.
This is non-refundable.
Pay, by bank transfer, your breakages/damages/ losses/cancellation deposit charged at 50% of your total order or £100 - whichever is higher. Payable at time of booking.This is refundable after any costs for breakages/damages losses/cancellations are deducted.
A booking confirmation email will be sent after all of the above is completed.
Pay your balance by bank transfer, not less than 14 days before your event, to avoid cancellation. (Unless otherwise agreed in writing.)
